The Company
has entered into arrangements with National Securities Depository Ltd., (NSDL)and
Central Depository Services (India) Ltd. (CDSL) whereby Shareholders have an option
to dematerialize their shares with either of the depositories.
As regards the shares held in depository, 35,20,381 shares have
been dematerialized as on 30th June 2008, which accounts
for 90.58% of the total Shares.
